Call it good genes or whatever you like, Zhang Ziyi looks really great on photos and movies, even candid ones shot by paparazis.
I think having Zhang Yimou treated her as his muse helped. He casted her on several movies that brought her fame and fortune.

Hmm...well i never was a fan of ziyi cos i feel she has a very skeleton like face but gong li has a very beautiful face for me.
Well not for me, i always felt that ziyi's face looked a little too skeleton like. For a truly oriental star i would say Gong Li epitomes the ideal look and body build too.
